Never having belonged to a gym before i guess I am easily pleased but at Fitness First the attention is good, there are up to 8 coacnes? on the floor at any one time a dozen televisions in front of the jogging machines ipod plug in facilities water coolers electronic lockable lockers.... I was impressed to be quite frank! As it has improved I have found its quite crowded at say 6 or 7 in the evening.
