The tickets i purchased from Theatre Tickets Directwere 'replaced' at the last minute from stalls to upper circle which in my opinion were poor and lower value. I wrote a complaint email and have had no response, yet.
i will not use this company again.
very disappointed

    I found this review unhelpful because there is no Upper Circle in the Wicked Theatre. I have seen this show 9 times and this is one of the best theatres to watch from, all seats giving a great view of the stage.

    Bought tickets from them and was sitting in the Front Circle and found the seats awesome, would DirtyNeil please specify which seats he was sitting in.
