Cancelling your subscription
General Comments
We phoned and cancelled our AOL Broadband subscription last August as Sky was offering a much better deal as opposed to the £14.99 we were paying AOL. They basically ignored the conversation and didn't cancel the account and are still now 7 months later taking money from our debit card and haven't closed the account. We have phoned numerous times and each time they advise the account will now be closed but it hasn't.
