Good Points

Evening shows.

Bad Points

Quallity of food in the Seven Seas resteraunt. Unclean windows in all public areas. Pre-booked a cabin number which they gave to someone else, yes they refunded the £35 but its not much good advertising a service and not getting it.

General Comments

We have sailed on this ship 7 times ( twice as the Sunbird). It is starting to look its age when docked alongside ships from other cruise companies. All the staff work extreemly hard to provide a service. This time we found that the quallity of the food was not as good as on all other times we have sailed. The midnight buffet or Chocoholic night has been dropped.
The show team worked hard to produce some very good shows.
The itinery was change the night before going to Guadeloupe due to civil unrest and we went to Antigua instead. Why they wait until the night before I don't know as the same thing happened two weeks prior.
The overall package used to be good, but I think its starting to decline and I feel Thomsons want to attract the people that don't do cruises ie Ocean Village.
