None really except that they don't offer High Def television. I use Freeview for my TV, so it isn't a problem.
General Comments
New cables free of hiss like our old BT connection. Been with them for around three years and have no problems. they answer immediatley one phones. I could never get through to BT. The girls are polite but don't seem to know much about their subject, but you can speak to an IT person if you want. Smallworld give good value for money on their low end packages. If you want high Defiinition TV, you'd be better off wit Sky although it costs a lot more.
