Good Points

used to love Smile. Fast responsive answers to email queries, reasonable rates. Used Smilemore for several years - no problems


General Comments

Had a dreadful experience with Smile Internet Banking, when my card was fraudulently used - made to feel I was the criminal! Charged me 25 pounds for being 12 over my overdraft for one day. Pathetic rates on savings and ISAs. Takes days now for them to respond to queries. It seems they have cut back on frontline staff.
