Trying to make a claim and have been unhelpful, uninformative and have made it one of the worst experiences I have ever been through.


General Comments

My car was damaged by a driver who then drove off. I have been told I am not entitled to a courtesy car (Although my policy doc says so), my insurance has been cancelled with half a days warning and the car has been written off despite no person coming to value the car. Ignore what they descibe as 'total loss' on the site, if the repairs come to more than 60% of the value they decide they claim it is written off.
