Took money for a product I didn't even order and I didn't receive the product I did order.

General Comments

I can go one better on this company! Last year I ordered 30 Perennial Plug Plants at £19.99 + £4.90 p&p. Didn't receive the order so went on line to check the status of my order. Imagine my surprise to discover that not only had they taken money from my account for the above order which wasn't delivered but had also taken money for Pack of 4 14" Hydrostores - Unique at £19.99 + £4.90 p&p which I hadn't ordered. I phoned on many occassions (but felt I just got rude and unhelpful staff); I also e-mailed and wrote to Ideal World and completed the refund forms they sent me but never received either the product I ordered nor the product I didn't order nor a refund for either! I wouldn't use this company again if they paid me!
