very unreliable and complaints seem to fall on deaf ears with no hope of any sort of compensation.
General Comments
Booked a flight june 2008 going to Edmonton Canada with Canadian Affair instant fare for 6th May 2009.received confirmation in writing.Found out later when checking new brochure that no flights were going at that time.duly changed flight to earliest date in May 2009 which was 26th.This was then corfirmed in writing. Received new instruction this week that our flight is cancelled on the Transat plane and that we are now flying on a Thomas Cook plane that leaves gatwick at 07.15 hours instead of the 11.40 we should have been on.Ironically we then find out that there is a transat flying with Thomas Cook at 11.40 on the same day to the same destination.obviously no refund will be paid .so we have to put up with it.Not the first time they have caused us problems,but probably the last.
