Bad Points

I found the on-line ordering terrible, customer service and complaints handling abysmal. If its an item you really want, buy it in store and not on line. Just because you've clicked the buy icon and checked out (and received the confirming despatch e-mail), it doesn't mean they actually have the item or have despatched it.


General Comments

Per Una fashion and the revamped shops are good. I always see something I like in Per Una, and its great that they do it in a wide range of sizes. I bought a skirt that I really wanted for a special occasion on line. Some 3 weeks later I still hadn't received it. Chasing up was a nightmare and the long and short of it is they didn't send it (despite sending me an e-mail confirming purchase and despatch) and, as it was an end of line and sale item, I haven't got it. You can't complain, and I'm still getting e-mails thanking me for 'cancelling' my order - I didn't they just didn't send it. Infuriating.
