Tesco Home Insurance Review

Good Points
The good points is Tesco home insurance are quick to set you up, they are nice as pie and polite taking your money.

Bad Points
when you unfortunatly have a claim they dont want to pay up. tesco will switch you from department to nepartment in different parts of the uk where you will deal with different people.
eventually if you are persistent they will move you to another department who will make you wait weeks for a reply to letters emails or phone calls.

General Comments
tesco home and contents insurance arethe pits and should be avoided like the plague. we went with them thinking they would be a reputable company who would be fair and reasonable should a claim arise. wrong!! we could not have been further from the truth.

we have never made a claim fom any previous insurance company over the many years we have used diferent companies. however we had rise unfortunately have a claim with tesco.

the insurance policy new for old was ignored by tesco who tried every way they could to reduce our claim to nothing.

they became rude and obnoxious and messed us about for 5 months.

we are still waiting fot this settlement.

anyone who uses these people have been warned avoid them like the black death as if you have a claim you will get the run around without any satisfaction.
