General Comments

Our visit to Thorpe Park was for Our Daughters 14th birthday, and the opening of "SAW" the newest roller coaster ride. At 10am on the 14th of March 2 parents 3 Teenage kids arrive at the Park. I saved on 2 tickets by using my Tesco clubcard points. To see on the display board that Rumba rapids. Stealth , and Colossus wasn't working, which was fair enough. We rushed round to Saw where the queues were building up. There were obviously teething problems, after an hour we decided to go on the Nemesis inferno, we joined the queue and after half an hour and we were nearly there when it stopped for "cleaning" we stood there for at least 30 to 45 minutes, when we finally got a go. At 1pm we had been on one ride!! This was an example of the rest of the day. We were going to go on quantum, when that shut with problems and the same for the detonator. The only good thing that Thorpe done was open the colossus in the afternoon. But the park shut at 5pm pronto. Would not go on their opening day again as they seem to still be maintaining the Park.

I would just like to add. With a letter of complaint to Thorpe park we have now been offered complimentary tickets with the tear off of our old tickets.
