General Comments

In early February, I ordered two items of jewellery from Ideal World, from the Diamtaire range, a pendant and a ring. I received the pendant, which was beautiful but to date have not received the ring. I have sent several e-mails, telephoned from Ireland on several occasions, but no joy yet. I am not giving up and I know the amount of money is small but why should they con people like this. I am going to haunt them until I get a response. One way or another, I will NEVER again buy from Ideal World. I am a QVC customer now for a couple of years and they are first class.
