i cant think of one good point to say about aol
Bad Points
I find broadband speeds are so slow its like being back on dial up, customer service is terrible, my connection dropped every day.
General Comments
I joined aol when it was truly aol and not part of carphone warehouse, since they took over the u.k part I find its service has declined rapidly, speeds are extremely slow, my line is capable of 16 meg but only get between 2&3
