Good Points

Many flights available.


Bad Points

Aging flight attendants, cranky and rude at times, not willing to make your flight enjoyable. The added extra seats makes for very cramped seating. Carry on baggage not enforced too many and too large. People carrying as much as possible + and including back packs on their backs with buckles and zippers that scratch your face while these travelers make their way down the already cramped seating arrangements, but nothing is ever done even after to bring it to the Airlines attention.


General Comments

Since Air Canada allow pets to actually travel in the main cabin I had an incident with fleas and I do not have any pets myself. They wouldn't hear about it and basically were saying it wasn't true, even though I had some proof, they refused to accept any responsibility, period.
Very difficult to reach customer service, and then it comes down to letters or e-mails only. So many things that should be addressed fall by the wayside simply because the person can not or will not waste their time to play the pass the blame game.
