General Comments

Swiftcover were very slick to accept my money but unfortunately following a small accident in my car, in my opinion they have bent over backwards to make my claim almost unbearable.

I found they ignore emails and promise to telephone me back but of course they dont and managers always seem to be either busy or unavailable. I have been given at least 3 different reasons why my claim is invalid, none of which are applicable in my case but it is like hitting your head against a brick wall.

I will probably have to get involved with the financial ombudsman as this company have shown no signs of wanting to pay out at all.
