General Comments
Stayed over at Pontins Prestatyn for a busy weekend and although the accommodation was dated we found the overall experience worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful and even though they were run off their feet they still found time to help us, the bar staff especially who went out of their way to help us after our son injured himself falling off a chair. We cannot fault the staff as we realise they were working long hours for minimal pay and doing a top job. The entertainment was great, and the kids loved all the activities, can't fault the line up. In my opinion, it is expensive but what holiday centre isn't, can't wait to come back.
