I can only speak for myself, and I have nothing but praise for the service Royal Mail provides. I have never had any cause to complain - in fact, the reverse - and I think it is criminal that the present Government wants to remove this service. I received correspondence which had been damaged in transit. It arrived in a see-through bag with an apology on the back from Royal Mail - I call that excellent customer relations, and a service like that should not be taken away from us. Speaking from personal experience, I have no bad points to mention.
