Good Points

Courteous on phone.


Bad Points

People they use do not have the right facilities. I broke down in Jan, they took 6 hours to get to my home to tighten a battery terminal (I did not know what prob was). Paid £45 up front for this service. Its now 8 weeks since my complaint letter was sent in. email replies keep saying yes we will send out a letter. Letter is now going to ombudsman.


General Comments

Poor communication, I called First Call out again, same problem, battery not turning over even though I had got new battery. Guy who came out only had blue transit van, no towing facilites, jump started me and next day garage found fault of a slipping belt and cracked battery terminal. Guy knew nothing about Mazda mx5's he though battery would be in engine (I had to point out it was in boot). The aa would have known more about this car.
