I purchased a Sony KDL40V4000 TV from ElectroSaver on 03/01/09, it was meant to be in stock. They took money straight away and we were informed 5-10 working days for delivery via email. After 13 working days NO TV. Sent email asking why delivery was late and new ETA on delivery. NO REPLY. Started calling them and told out of stock should have it in next week. This went on for 4 another four weeks with same story. Eventually give up and cancelled order 18/02/09. Was told 5 working days for refund to hit my account. SURPRISE SURPRISE no refund. Called them on numerous occasions and still no refund to date.

During this whole saga I have never received one email or phone call from electrosaver to explain why my TV/refund was late and never had an apology so far.
I have given up on them and I ' m pursuing my refund through my CC company.

    I have experienced exactly the same issues, ordered a sony kdl 40v400u on 07/02/09, told i had to pay there and then over the phone to secure the TV, expected delivery was approx 10 days. After numerous phone calls and emails ,so far there has been no reply to my email and no one has called me back . I am now also in the process of trying to cancel the order and getting my money back through my CC company
