Bad Points

They lost an order dispite confirming the order by email, didn't charge me though.


General Comments

I find the HMV website fun and easy to use, I've used them 12+ times and I don't care they lost an order, (even though it was my first one!)

Free shipping, easy to use site, I like you can add to the basket without going to it. Will use again and would recommend to friends.
