Vibrating noise


General Comments

We had a new kitchen fitted last week and had a Neff U1722 double oven fitted. Since it was fitted it makes a vibrating noise, normally when the thrmostat cuts in, when the oven is hot enough.

Went back to the store to get it replaced and they insisted we had the Neff engineer come out to it. He changed the fan/coil/motor which was all one part. The noise is a little better but still makes this vibrating noise. Engineer says it is normal.

Looked on Reevoo and there are 165 reviews and only one about noise which makes us think that it is just ours. Not sure if we should insist on a new one from the shop we bought it from or whether it is normal. Any one know about these ovens
