Opened a claim after uninsured driver hit me then i thought i would be better off paying for the repairs myself for saving my no claims but apparently you cant close a claim for 3 years, so i stayed with dial direct for 3 years, after i opened the claim. Closed the claim in jan after customer services told me to call once claim was ended and i could get a premium refund on the exesive payments id been making due to underwriters holding my no claims, only to be sent a revised policy today £300 more expensive than anyone else and then be told i cant get a premium refund! I feel someone has given me the wrong information .
