I made a reservation with Scotties through Bargain wheels Car Rental website, and entered all info drivers license, credit card etc. In morning I got an e-mail asking me to call them. I called and asked to speak to person who had e-mailed me they said that they would call me. It was very unclear to me what info they still needed, and I confirmed with them that I would come at 7pm to pick up the car and that they had one for me. I also sent an e-mail at 3:30 pm confirming this. When I arrived at 6:40 pm it was locked and seemed to be nobody around. I called both the office (twice) and after hours service line (cell phone) twice. Got answering machine and left message on office line. Nobody answered on cell phone, so I also left a message there. I waited until 7:15pm, nobody showed up or returned my calls.
