General Comments
I ordered a chair from Inter County Office Furniture and was originally told it would take about 10 days to come. After more than 3 weeks and several phone calls later, I've had a variety of different excuses from the sales dept. I've now been told to wait for a phone call in the next couple of days and to expect delivery in another week - this will be nearly 5 weeks from the date of order. No one has offered to sort this out for me or call me back with a definite arrival date, I'm just supposed to wait for a call. My card was charged straight away however. I am NOT impressed.
