I traveled from Toronto to Muscat with Lufthansa on March 4 via Frankfurt. I found that the food was not well prepared at all (even though they claim they have best chefs in the world according to an email they sent me later) , seating were small and did not fit me well so I was uncomfortable the entire way and did not sleep because of that.

When I arrived to Muscat, I discovered the loss of one of my bags. There didn't seem to be any Lufthansa counters anywhere to be found so I spoke to the lost and found department in Muscat Airport and they filled a claim number for me. I spoke to lufthansa office in Muscat next day and they did not know what's going on. Air Canada luggage centre called my canadian number saying they found the bag in Toronto so I called them & they said they didn't and they didn't even know about the message they left me. I gave them description of the bag and its contents as well.

It's been 6 days so far and, as yet, they still don't know where the bag is. Bad points are: Poor Customer Service
