General Comments
Where do I start?
Registered as a new customer and paid just fine (well I thought so!) but couldn't log on again to check my order. After 7 days and no news I called and it seems that orders placed through their website took longer to process than the ones placed over the phone. I was told to wait another 7/10 working days fo delivery.
resume what can only be described as a shamble. Seeing that I was going nowhere, I cancelled my order there and then without any attempt to convince me otherwise. Amazingly, the payment had not been processed and my account has still not been debited. That's said it all.
