After a couple of times spending a lot of money for the privilege of speaking to people in India who I felt were totally ineffective and seemed like they were reading scripts I have had enough!
I am leaving Orange...YIPPEE !
It is with a little regret because if Orange only had the sense to realise that their Technical Department let them down badly they would probably be running a better than average service
