I have had this Advent 7109b laptop for around 2 years and it's been ok. I paid a basic price and got a basic laptop. The battery life has never been good and of late the battery has completely died, meaning I'm having to use the AC cable which is a nightmare if I need to print or take my laptop to a different room as it switches off as soon as I unplug. The main problem with this? I cannot find a new battery anywhere, despite trawling the internet. Good points are: Small. Light. Ideal for travelling with. Bad points are: Very quiet speakers. Short battery life (Not even 1 hour even though 2.5 hours is what it was advertised at). Not easy to find parts.
