Initially, seemed to be a competitive price and good communication via e-mail updating order status. A week after ordering, Bristol Cameras told there in fact IS no stock! It will be delayed by 2-5 working days. Tried phoning for an update after this time. Eventually got through to be told item is still out of stock (it was only a camera case for heavens sake). Very disappointing and misleading to say they have stock, when in fact they do not. Therefore we are all enticed by the supposed good prices. When I did get through to speak to someone about my order, they were very accommodating when I asked to cancel my order. They said no money was taken from my account, but I have yet to check this out.
