You'll regret having taken out Bell insurance if you ever have to claim!


General Comments

We had a 3rd party drive up the back of us. Within days their insurer had taken responsibility for the accident and agreed to liability. Despite this Bell have taken around 5 weeks with backwards and forwards about 2nd quotes, assessors and seemingly losing faxes and e-mails. Surely they should have had an engineer out straight away and dealt with all this for us. We have found they haven't been very help on the phone and that even though we are not at fault it seems unlikely that we will get our car fixed within any reasonable timescale.

Don't even bother with Bell unless you absolutely have no choice!
