there maternity range is very reasonably priced even if only stocked in a few stores!
Bad Points
I ordered over a week ago and im still waiting!
General Comments
i ordered online as my local branches of new look do not have the maternity range, which isn't on to start with. because of this is why i ordered online.
i paid for express delivery which is supposed to be 1 - 2 workings days. this was 9 days ago now and despite them having taking the £65 from my account i still have not received the goods.
not impressed at all. have spoken to the head office and they said they will refund the delivery charge but will not consider refunding any other money until 10 WORKING days after dispatch.
this appalling and im am so angry at this.
at the end of the day they have my money and i have nothing to show for it! or any clothes to wear!!!

This is probably not New Looks fault...its most likely that it is with the delivery men. I work in online retail, and a formal complaint has to be made with the courier by the company..and it is not physically possible. if your saying it has been 9 days since the order already...this means only 1 more day is left...maybe you should have a little patience!!
