I bought 2 phones from T-Mobile on Christmas Eve 2008 that had rebates totalling $70......it has been 10 weeks and I have received no rebate money. I sent the rebate info certified mail to prove that I had indeed sent the rebates in.....I called 2 weeks ago....they said one of the rebates was in the mail....today, I called again to see the "status"....this is after looking on line - per their phone message....and it said the other had been denied....when I called, they said that it was "mis-programed'.....that it would be sent soon,.....SOON!!!!! I don't know about ya'll....but, I could use the money now!!!!!
