Mechanic that came out to my car was very friendly, was a separate company to First Call GB
I found the staff to be very rude on the phone. Threatened to cancel policy at 11.30 pm when I had broken down in the middle of know where.
In my opinion a real waste of money
Ask them what their reasonable time means for repairs
