Good Points

size - it fits into the space i have


Bad Points

dryer takes 3 hours to dry 1 duvet cover, that's if it doesn't stop beforehand and flash up F:13. the manual just tells you to turn it off then turn it on again. I've only had it 3 months but cannot bear the thought of having to ring comet.


General Comments

The Hotpoint WDD960 was a replacement for my zanussi washer dryer, comet very reluctantly replaced it after 9 engineer visits and about £100 in telephone calls. in hindsight my old zanussi was brilliant but finally gave up about 3 months before my 5 year extended warranty ran out, hence the reluctance to replace at their expense. unless it's just the machine i have i would say this model's dryer isn't very good, takes far too long when it is working.

    Hi - I understand your frustrations. I am having the same problem. Ring the manufacturer, one of the options is 'if you have bought your machine from comet' let them sort your problem out :-) goodluck!
