General Comments

Overall: Fantastic Place, Fantastic People, Extremely happy with my purchase

I'll admit now that I'm not particularly good with fashion, I'm far more practical than anything - so when a friend told me that he was getting married (and later that I was going to be one of the best men!) my first port of call was to look around for a suit.

A friend took me into Slaters in Birmingham. On entering I just went 'Wow!' - Suits as far as I could see. The Sales person came up to us to introduce himself and all he did was to point us in the right direction to the size and price of suits we were looking for - and then went away to help others as they came in.

Instantly it didn't feel like I was being sold to - I was being allowed to see the suits and look through the suits, but the assistant was there if we needed him, not only that but he was incredibly friendly and gave what felt like almost impartial advice - I had two suits, one £150, one £80, he said that the £80 had a better fit and that I shouldn't bother with the £150 one.

The overall experience was fantastic, I managed to get a 3-piece suit, shirt, tie for £140 which looks absolutely wonderful. I'm exceedingly happy, and I'll go back there again.
