Awesome sound quality when paired up with good ear-buds - more than makes up for the very annoying bad points!! I've had reinstall the firmware pretty much every month since I bought it, because the damn thing keeps losing my music. It also has no fast-forward feature (but you can skip tracks) Packard Bell AudioDream sounds so good I can manage to see the past it's massive flaws. Maybe that says more about me than the mp3 player itself. Sounds great - but you will have to invest in some decent cans.
