Good Points

I have not had my own insurance for 2 years but Norwich Union were willing to confirm my 3 years NCB from my last policy. Which was confirmed in writing.


General Comments

I have to say with less than a week into my policy I am very disappointed!
The first problem I had was when I purchased my car from network q the policy documents were LATE!
I had to approach another insurance company to release a cover note so that I could tax my car. And drive it off the forecourt!
To add to the insult the payment had already been taken out in full!

The second problem I am now faced with is proving my 3 years NCB!
Norwich Union are my prevous insurer
what a shambles!

Its starting to sound like it might be a lot easier just to cut my losses and go else where as I am losing confidence in this company!
