General Comments

I've owned my 2.5L V6 Ford Cougar since April 2001 and still get a tremendous buzz from driving it. It has everything I want from a car...roomy, comfortable and I think that V6 Duratec engine makes such a great roar under full throttle!

Being based on the MkII Mondeo, it shares many of the mechanical parts and so repair costs (not that I've needed many) seem to be reasonable to me. Apart from routine servicing I've only ever had to replace the front brake pads, even the battery and exhaust are still original.

I like it's unique good looks and the fact that there are very few on the roads.
