I saw that Blackpool Air Rifles were doing a good offer on a quality Bushnell 'scope, and since they answered my query promptly, I ordered one off them. I was going to order a Rapid S to replace my Rapid 7 locally, but changed my mind today and have emailed Lloyd who no doubt will reply quickly. Since I live far away, I have to email or telephone them and they are most helpful.
There is a lesson here, good customer service gets more orders, and I've had good service from them. Only bad point is too far from the south
