I ordered a pair of Uggs size 3 last Sunday. On the website they were in stock. On Tuesday (2 days later) I got an E-mail saying they were not in stock. Ok, all this I can accept - although in this day and age I would think that it is easy to get a live stock update on a popular website. But the real issue is what happened next. There was a pending payment of £129.95 to my credit card. When CLOGGS.CO.UK cancelled my order they said that they hadn't taken any money etc. Now i understand fully ' pre authorisation ', but Wed, Thur, Fri passed and also Saturday (today). The money is still under ' authorisation 'from Cloggs.co.uk. I am really upset at this, I fully expect retailers to act responsibly with my money but as of Today, (they didn't even reply to my e-mail today yet) they still have not reversed the authorisation. Now this is money I have saved up to buy Uggs with and not actually credit. I just want everyone to know my experience.
