Very efficient, friendly and accomodating in our experience.
General Comments
We arrived at the airport quite late, the representative was there to pick us up. We extended our stay and contacted the car rental agency by phone to ask if we could keep the van for a few extra days. They did not have a problem with us keeping the van. My family will use Caribbean Rent a Car again.
