My Rover 2000 75 cdt diesel has been a very reliable cheap to run family car over the past two years, I have managed to do all the servicing at home without any problems. The interior and exterior is comfy and durable but not as robust as bmw s or audi but much better than lesser rover models. After 2 years of ownership and 20,000 miles i would recommend the 75 . Cheap running costs for a large car with the diesel models ,overall the build is very durable with a chassis which will take high mileage with ease. I am told by my local fitters and motor factors that some parts are now a little thin on the ground but I have been able to obtain all the service items without problem.Some trim items have needed attention but on the hole a solid car for the money.
