I had a 13.5kg ebay parcel to ship to the Czeck Republic so I costed this via Parcelforce with tracking and £500 insurance.
That seemed expensive so then I shopped around on the internet and found Parcel2ship were substantially cheaper, even though they used Parcelforce services. I wasn't clear how they could do this so I rang them, had a chat, and was then happy to book with them.
They have a straightforward & easy to use online pricing and booking system and after booking my parcel in I received an e-mail confirmation and labels in pdf format were e-mailed later the same day, for attaching to the parcel.
Collection of the parcel was arranged from home for the next day, and it was collected as arranged. The parcel arrived in the Czeck Republic 3 days later.
An excellent service from start to finish.
