Great Website Marketing ! Pity it did not reflect in the delivery of the goods. Still waiting for the order I requested. Nor did it follow through very well giving me the tracking details of the order from their courier company to allow for customer to directly track order.
Bad Points
There is no phone number you can speak to a real voice on the customer support end, instead its an online text chat. Requested order tracking details and confirmation of reciept of the courier company and currently still waiting !
General Comments
I will wait to see if this order actually turns up ! Based on the customer experience so far it is very unlikely this customer will make any further orders with scottish hampers
