Inaccurate stock info, received no response to questions about order progress


General Comments

Ordered a Nikon 50mm AF-S 1.4 lens on the basis that the store's web site showed the item was in stock. On placing the order, I received an email from their payment service confirming the payment but no order confirmation from the store directly. A week later, nothing had arrived so I posted an order query on their web site but received no response. 2 weeks later I have an email confirmation that the item has shipped by Royal Mail (as I'd chosen in the checkout process) but the tracking number is for DHL. The Royal Mail office is just around the corner from me whilst the DHL depot is 16 miles away so now have to await redelivery. Annoying experience and will not buy from this store again.
