Good Points

Quick, cheap, great customer service,easy


Bad Points

Buying things online can always be a bit unnerving - if you're worried then just get your phone from a high street shop (there's enough of them out there!!!)


General Comments

My experience with mobile phone central has been a very positive one. I was nervous as I only decided to read other people's reviews on their service once I had already ordered my new phone and lots of people seem to have had bad experiences. My phone arrived 2 days after I ordered it, in perfect condition. I have called their 0800 customer service number twice and got through straight away both times. Anyone I spoke to was lovely and very helpful. I think if your the sort of person who's nervous about online sites such as mobile phone central you should go elsewhere. However, my experience has been great and would recommend them. Oh, and I'm supposed to be getting a free wii. Sounds too good to be ture but have spoken to them and they've processed my order. Should be here in a week. We'll see!
