Good Points

The windows are a really nice quality and the guys that actually installed them couldnt be more helpful.


Bad Points

The installation was initially supposed to take 2 days, but actually ended up taking 4 days, part of our order was mislaid so had to be made and installed 2 days later, our kitchen window wasnt made to the design we wanted and although we have called Weatherseal 4 times about it so far it hasnt been resolved, our porch framework was made 3x too big so had to be sent back to be remade and fitted the next day, when it had been fitted, it looked fab for about 3 hours and then one of the panes of glass shattered, its taken a week of chasing to get them to come and replace the broken glass even though I had clearly stated that we have 3 children running around who have full access to that part of the house. The customer services guys are AWFUL, incredibly unhelpful, I was told customer services purely pass on messages, they cant chase up customer queries or help to resolve any issues, so whats the point of their job? if its to provide a friendly helpful service, they certinatly arnt getting it right.


General Comments

The whole experience has been a bit of a nightmare, would I recommend Weatherseal to somebody, probably not, knowing how many times they messed up our order and had to remake it, and that its still not resolved to our satisfaction, knowing how awful the customer services people are, I would feel incredibly guilty if I told a friend to get in touch. Its a real shame because the window fitters are lovely, and the windows themselves look really nice.
