Good Points

Can't think of any since they were taken over by Norwich Union.


Bad Points

They underestimate the cost of a claim in order to try to get you to use their cheap builders. It is very difficult to get any decent builders to work for the sums that SAGA/Norwich Union are prepared to pay.
Be prepared to have to fight for your rights if you have a large claim.

Avoid Saga Home Insuranceif you think that you will ever need to claim off your home insurance.
