General Comments
Free gift item, ordered from Dial-A-Phone 21st Dec but still not received (5th March) have chased 4 times, keep getting told it's "being looked into". Am now seeking legal advice. In the long run, I feel it would be cheaper and less hassle for me to go elsewhere or buy the free gift myself. Highly disappointed.
